Sizing & Measuring

The sizing form supplied by Lisa Johnston - Nail Artist forms an order on the basis of returns as below. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me prior to signing and returning the form.


Delivery

Popular designs that won't have any customisation, can be ordered directly from the shop, by measuring at home and will have a quicker turnaround. Upon receipt of sizing requirements from you I aim to dispatch your completed nail set within 7 working days.

Customised orders may take longer due to workload colour matching & detail required. I aim to dispatch within 14 working days. If you have a specific date in mind please advise of this at the time of order so I can ensure there is enough time to get the completed set to you.

Sizing kits will be posted first class, standard mail.

Completed orders will be posted second class signed for.
Should you require alternative delivery please contact me for other options and prices.

Your order status will be updated via email to you. However should you have any queries regarding the status of your order at any time please email me.


Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of these sets it is not possible to cancel an order once work has commenced. However once you are in receipt of the email update advising of expected dispatch, there is a 24 hour cooling off period where work will not commence on your set and you are entitled to request a full refund. After this 24 hour period ends, refunds will unfortunately, not be available.

Also, due to hygiene reasons, no amends, replacements or refunds will be issued once your order has been dispatched by Lisa Johnston - Nail Artist.
